Continuing Education Units (CEUs): 

CE Credit for all programs are provided by PharmCon. PharmCon is approved by the Accreditation Council on Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Pharmacists in attendance who complete the online evaluation will receive 1.0 CE.

 

Learning Objectives:

-Describe the benefits of Expedited Partner Therapy (EPT) as a partner management strategy for preventing and controlling sexually transmitted infections.
-Describe the dispensing and educational materials requirements for pharmacists dispensing EPT therapy.
-Discuss the potential pharmacy barriers associated with the practice of EPT.
